In Agroturime s'Horta we offer our users the best booking conditions for stays in our agrotourism.
Designed to be carried out in a comfortable, flexible, efficient and safe way, accepting cancellations and modifications according to the type of rate chosen by you.

The Best Rates to book at Agroturime s'Horta.

Flexible Rate: First payment of 25% by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking or by bank transfer, the rest upon arrival at the hotel. It type of reservation offers a greater flexibility of modification and cancellation without cost with a minimum advance of 30 days to the date of arrival. After this date will not be made the refund.

Non-refundable rate: it is the most economical and restrictive rate, requires total payment prior to arrival at the hotel. The customer have two options for make the payment :
100% Payment by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking.

100% Payment by bank transfer, must be made within a period of less than 7 days from the date of reservation. This option will be available as long as the reservation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.

If the user chooses the non-refundable rate, he / she expressly accepts that he / she will not be able to modify or cancel the reservation, alleging circumstances that prevent him / her from enjoying the contracted stay. Any amount paid in this reserve can not be claimed.

Cancellation of Reservations

The reservation made can be canceled via email to info@finca-shorta.com always indicating the reference number.

In case of canceling the reservation less than 60 hours in advance, or no-show, will be charged to the user, the amount of 25% of the total reservation and proceed to cancel the reservation.

Bank charges generated by cancellations of reservations will be paid by the customer. In any case, the corresponding invoice will be sent to the address indicated by the client when registering.

Reservations with special conditions or non-refundable rates. Payment in advance of 100% of the amount. Modifications are not accepted, and in case of cancellation, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

Modification of reservations:

To modify any data of a reservation, please send us an e-mail to info@finca-shorta.com indicating the booking reference.

The minimum edat for purchase is 18 years.

Once the reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Point out that the credit card information is placed on a secure page and transferred through SSL.

Children : Free cots, subject to availability.

Accepted credit cards: Visa and Mastercard; the agrotourism reserves the right to check the validity of the credit cards before the arrival date.

Hours: Tickets starting at 3:00 p.m. Departures until 12:00 hours.

The agrotourism reserves the right not to accept the reservation and consequently the entrance to the hotel, when the number of occupants does not coincide with the reserved ones.

Tax Information on touristic stays in the Balearic Islands and measures for sustainable tourism development (tourist-tax).
The prices published don't include the tourist tax applicable to stays from 1/7/2016: € 2.2 per day and per person for agrotourism.

This tax will be paid by the client at his arrival to the establishment. Children under 16 are exempt. There are a 50% discount for stays between the period November 1 to April 30, as well as in the case of stays in the same tourist establishment from the 9th day.

SECURITY : The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing access authorized data. To achieve these ends, the user / client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
